Looking back at our childhoods, many times we’ll find that some of the movies we watched weren’t quite as good as we thought at the time. If you grew up in the early 90’s, that may describe more movies than you’d like to admit. However, the one redeeming thing about many of those terrible childhood movies is that, thanks to the internet, we can now play everyone’s favorite game, “was it so bad, it’s really good???” With that in mind, today we look back at the chaotic mess from 1991 that was Ernest Scared Stupid, as we ask ourselves…was Jim Varney secretly a comedic genius?
