For those of you who haven’t met Harley Frances of Gotham Gal Cosplay at one of the many conventions around DFW, you need to fix that! Harley really is the embodiment of the character she loves so much. While she does have a few non-Harley Quinn cosplays, her commitment to the clown princess of crime is such that it’s hard to look at her & see any other character. Her mannerisms & bubbly personality just scream HARLEY!
