Improving Our Mental Health with Anne Redelfs

For this week's Spotlight Sunday segment, we bring you Anne Redelfs, a retired medical doctor & psychiatrist who specializes in alternative approaches to common physical & psychological problems. Receiving her MD from Tulane University’s School of Medicine, Anne has made a career out of learning to understand how the human mind works. In her years of experience, she has come to the conclusion that the ways in which our minds process experiencing physical ailments is so directly linked to our individual physiology, that emotional intuition can be used as a self-diagnostic tool, when appropriately directed. Her two latest workbooks are specifically meant to act as a guided analysis of our own bodies to help the reader better understand their own individual needs as they work to continually improve their own health.

This interview was done at the Marriott in Los Colinas during the annual Authors Marketing Event presented by Texas Authors.
