In this story by Karlyn Fedora

For this week's Spotlight Sunday segment, we bring you the upcoming historical fiction novel by Karlyn Fedora! In this story, Karlyn takes inspiration from her father-in-law who was an orphan from New York, sent down to Texas on the orphan train in the early 1900’s where he & other children were offered up for adoption at each stop along the way. Since so much happened to these children & records were severely lacking, what little her extended family knew about her father-in-law’s early life & experiences primarily came from what he told people when he was older. If you are interested in reading the story that these truly fascinating events inspired, then keep a look out for Karlyn’s announcement for the book’s release!
