Revolutionary Recruiting by Mary Ann Faremouth

For this week's #Spotlight Sunday segment, we are taking a dip into the realm of non-fiction to look at subject that benefits most people in the job market today: modern recruiting practices! Mary Ann Faremouth is the founder and CEO of Faremouth and Company, a respected & well known recruiting company based in Houston, TX. As a leader in the national recruiting community and a placement specialist since 1982, she is well versed in the art of employment & knows how to benefit both employers & prospective employees. In 2016, she became PRESIDENT of the Houston Independent Personnel Consultant Group, is a member of the NASPD, NAPCA, & the National Association of Personnel Consultants. She is also a highly regarded speaker and writer, with articles in various industry publications. She founded Jobs: Houston Magazine in 1997, one of the most popular employment magazines in Texas for over 7 years. Now, her book, Revolutionary Recruiting, won the Texas Authors Best Book Cover and Best Non-Fiction Education & Self Help Book awards. So, in addition to everything else, she has been able to add award winning author to her list of accomplishments.
